WORKSHOP BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

· All workshops require payment in advance to confirm your place. If you are unhappy using payment via our website, please get in touch for alternative payment options available.

If you change your mind within 14 days of booking or purchasing a gift voucher, you are entitled to a full refund according to the Consumer Credit Act. This does not apply to late bookings made within 2 weeks of workshop date.

· Booking Terms

In the event of a cancellation payments are non refundable but if the place can be filled credit may be given to be used for future workshops minus a £15 administration fee.
Where possible the cancelled booking will be placed back up on our website. We will also put the word out to our mailing list, facebook and instagram (time permitting).

Alternatively, if you’re unable to attend, we are happy for you to send a friend in your place, just let us know their name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop.

Credits & Gift Vouchers need to be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

In the unlikely event we have to cancel or postpone a workshop due to unavoidable circumstances or if we are unable to meet the minimum number of participants needed to run the workshop, we will endeavour to give our guests as much notice as possible. We will happily refund the full booking fee or transfer your booking to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, expenses or disappointment.

Items made at our workshops are intended for personal use only and not for commercial use. Thank you.

Hope and Elvis take all reasonable precautions to ensure the Health & Safety of its customers. It is important that students and other visitors are aware of others and their safety. Hope and Elvis cannot be held responsible for injury, loss or damage to you or your personal possessions. Vehicles are parked at owners risk. Hope and Elvis cannot be held liable for any accident or injury incurred whilst visiting the premises.

Covid

The studio will have been thoroughly cleaned beforehand and surfaces and handles will be cleaned throughout the day.
The amount of students has been lowered to enable everyone to have a large working area with plenty of social distance.
At each work station there will be a crate with basic materials i.e. scissors, needles etc.
As we gather as a group to listen & watch demonstrations we encourage you to wear a face covering

There will be plenty of soap and sanitiser gel dotted around the studio
There is Dettol spray for the loo area.

Changes will be made in line with any new up to date government/health England guidelines
